Ordered back in December. Unit was defective (DOA) on arrival. Emailed & called, after a while was told to send it in for replacement. Spent $70 more to send it back to be replaced, which was to happen in 5-7 days. A month later they have lost it and won't speak to me on the phone - supposedly will call back. Hoping that doesn't take the same 5-7 days I am still waiting on. Will never buy their products again as a result of the poor service, lost router, and $450 or so I am now out. Still haven't heard so much a an apology or indication they even care.

Cons

Tech support is not good to get it to work with real world needs. I was trying to get Vonage VOIP device working behind this router with maximum security turned on. I have the ports that needs to be opened, but, their support basically will say that this

Cons

The unit would not work out of the box. There was a bug in the PPPoE protocol. I upgraded to the 2.5.31 firmware and the problems went away. I then noticed another bug that cause the router to lock up everytime a remote VPN used disconnected. I loaded
