Ordered back in December. Unit was defective (DOA) on arrival. Emailed & called, after a while was told to send it in for replacement. Spent $70 more to send it back to be replaced, which was to happen in 5-7 days. A month later they have lost it and won'... Read full review
Ordered back in December. Unit was defective (DOA) on arrival. Emailed & called, after a while was told to send it in for replacement. Spent $70 more to send it back to be replaced, which was to happen in 5-7 days. A month later they have lost it and won't speak to me on the phone - supposedly will call back. Hoping that doesn't take the same 5-7 days I am still waiting on. Will never buy their products again as a result of the poor service, lost router, and $450 or so I am now out. Still haven't heard so much a an apology or indication they even care.
