"Excelent! Useful for my Daily Work" on by Upgrader

Pros: Practical, Software Bundled, Transparent hard cover

Cons: Hp Protect Tools Slows PDA, Battery Life

Summary: It is a very useful gadget comes with lots of sofware, the screen is not better that the one of the Jornada 560 under the sun, but in regular conditions is brighter, the audio thru the headphones is of a decent quality to hear music from your external memory SD or CF, Bluetooth is perfect to print or sync with your cell phone even IR, Wi-FI/b is practical but it should support G too. Mine blocks very often and needs to be reseted.
The battery drains before the manufacturers estimated time, faster than the hp 1910 without the BT and Wi-Fi on and no memory on it.

"This PDA can do so much" on by jimwito

Pros: Easy to use, Lot of flexibility, Great screen

Cons: Programs don't really close at first, Can be a bit bulky

Summary: I always resisted getting a PDA but found a good deal on this one. After adapting a little to how PDAs work, this unit is great!
I'm still exploring and finding new ways to use this PDA.
It comes with a Compact Flash AND an SD slot so there is plenty of room for all sorts of files. For example, I bought a Compact Flash GPS receiver and I can store lots of maps on the SD card. It has both Bluetooth and 802.11b wireless so I can connect through my home wireless network or through my cell phone. I could cruise the internet really quickly the times I tried.
Only two real drawbacks. When you close a program it is still in memory. To close it for good you have to check programs running, select the program and then click stop. Hopefully Windows Mobile 5 can change this. HP is providing a free upgrade to Windows Mobile 5 (check HP web site for details). Another problem is it can be a little bulky. I bought an extended battery for more power and that added a lot of thickness. With the extended battery, it won't fit in carrying cases designed for "most" PDAs. If you use just the standard battery that comes with it, it will just fit in snugly. But I created a new adjustment to my case and this PDA is definitely easier to carry around than a laptop!

"Feature rich pda with vibrant color" on by tjuana

Pros: buit in wi-fi, landscape orientation, design

    Cons: None found yet

Summary: This is my first PDA. I was setup, sync'd to outlook and on the internet via the wireless connection within 1 hour. I haven't read the manual yet. Everything is intuitive, especially if you are a Windows user. Built in wireless is the best feature along with landscape mode. Can't comment on blue-tooth as I don't need it. I'm utilizing all of the built in MS functions such as Outlook, contacts, notes, tasks and I sync daily at work. The letter recognizer makes entering tasks and notes easy. I haven't had a need to use any external programs yet. I'm sure I will use other features that I haven't yet discovered on my own once I read the manual.

"This PDA rocks! Looked at Axim's, looked as Palm. Made the right choice." on by geddy372

Pros: Easy to sync. Great screen. The flip cover is a great protector. No problem with WiFi.

Cons: Can't get stylus out when flip cover is open. If that's the worst, this is a great PDA.

Summary: Bought at circuit city online and picked up at store. Great $349 on line price. No problems. Set up a breeze. Bought 2 for 1 SD 512MB at Office Depot for $49. Great value. WiFi is real easy. Use 64bit encription. Super easy to set up. I have a huge contact list in outlook. No problem to sync and set up. This thing just couldn't be work better. No reason to buy the higher end hx4000 series. The 2415 does everything I need. Haven't tried the bluetooth so can't help you there. Would recommend to anyone who asks. Only reason it's not a 10 is I don't give perfect scores to anything with less than a Gig of Ram...

"Dell Axim X50/X30 vs. hp Ipaq 2415" on by bobsidianw

Pros: fast processor; unlimited expansion space

Cons: iPaq 2755 has more RAM

Summary: At first, I was skeptical about this PPC; I heard raving reviews about the Dell Axim X30, X50, and they both cost less. But after receiving it, I was hooked. I have two family members, one has the X30, the other has the X50. RAM and processor speed are about equal. The 2415 is smaller, and has a better design. All three come with Wifi and bluetooth. But 2415 wins because of storage space. Because it has a Compact Flash Type II slot(one of the only PPC's with it), you can use Microdrives with it. I bought a 4GB Microdrive for $149(flash-memory-store.com). 4 GB Ipods cost at least $180. Currently, Microdrives are up to 8GB; and since you can use the SD card at the same time, you can store up to 9GB as of now. The 2415 can be a viable music player/video player/picture storage; the Axims cannot. With WiFi and Bluetooth, and since Microdrives and SD cards will hold more and more, this may very well be the last PPC you'll ever have to buy! Worth every penny.
