The good: Svelte, streamlined design; excellent sound; hassle-free operation; voice and FM recording; optional in-line remote; included armband.
The bad: The 128MB of memory is not expandable; FM recording uses a proprietary file format; flimsy battery-compartment door.
The bottom line: This slim and elegant player is easy to use and sounds great--for two hours of music.

Great Sound, Ok build but bad design
Pros: Sound, Base, AA Battery
Cons: Buttons, Battery Cover, Screen, FM Signal, Format of VR
The buttons are not good to use, battery cover is very easy to break and its just hold together by a nanometer plastic, seen can crack easily and the format of VR force you to use Cowon's software

A very impressive mp3 player.
Pros: This thing is light, tiny, and has a battery life of close to 30 hours on a single AA battery. I learned all the controls within 10 minutes and this is my first mp3 player ever. I liked all the things it came with too [e.t. the case, earbuds, necklace,
Cons: The USB slot is hard to use if the player is in its case. I haven't tested it recording quality so I won't comment in this area.

Perfect All Around
Pros: I first came across the iAudio CW300 while searching for digital voice recorders. Needless to say, the CW300 128 performs perfectly as a voice recorder, picking up most sounds clearly through its two settings: HQ (High Quality) and UHQ (Ultra High Quality
Cons: The only drawback I can see is that the jog controls are a bit tricky to get used to (at least for me). But after a bit of usage they proved to be efficient and quick.

I'm sure it would be a great player if it worked
Pros: Packaged nicely for easy return to where you bought it
Cons: Purchased one from Buy.com on the recommendation of the reviewers here and was real excited to receive it. Got it, loaded a few songs on it and it was all downhill from there. I put the earphones in and not only was the sound in and out in both ears, but

Best sounding mp3 player around
Pros: Since I got the CW300 a week ago, I still can't believe just how amazing this player is. It's small, slim, very easy to use and sounds incredible. Reviews have stated this is the best sounding mp3 player around - its hard not to agree on this one as it so
Cons: The earphones aren't briliant but when does one ever get given decent earphones with their audio equipment?

Great sound in a quality package
Pros: GREAT sound, good battery lifetime, load enough output, easy to use, tunable, superb voice recording, all in a high quality package. There is also a bundle of nice accessories. There has also been a few firmware updated to be downloaded.
Cons: Special software is needed, not a big issue but... The needed (included) software is good and easy to use. JetAudio has also recently opened a new forum, but their support is still not quite as good as the iRiver, well as it seems...

Audiophile's choice of flash players
Pros: 1. MP3 decoding is via hardware, not software. Hence sound quality is on a par with the best HDD-based players (!) like Creative Zen, and much better than any other flash-based player I've heard. 2. Portability and form factor are excellent; although the
Cons: 1. Workaround (undocumented) is required to upload MP3 files from player back to PC. 2. Upgrading the firmware may add/enhance functions, they cannot add support for file formats not native to the hardware decoder (e.g., WMA, Ogg Vorbis, or Audible)

GREAT MP3 Player; Bad Review
Pros: How does the reviewer rationalize giving this player a "7" on features, when the previous model received an 8?. He doesn't even mention the 256MB version available!! You get an incredible sounding MP3 player w/ FM player, 4-option equalizer, Voice Recorde
Cons: a bit expensive, but high quality jutifies it.

This mp3 player rocks
Pros: Size is really small and compact. Few buttons make operating very easy. And the price was the real key for me.
Cons: None that I can think of.
