While video inputs and picture-in-picture capability are fun extra features on LCDs, most business users really need sharp text quality, adjustability, and adequate screen acreage. Sure, that sounds dull, but your eyes and back will thank you at the end of the workday. We recommend at least a 17-inch LCD for work and general computing. You need at least that much screen real estate to work in multiple windows comfortably. These 17-inch and larger LCDs will be easy on your eyes and wallet, and they'll look spiffy on your desk.

Review summary	The HP LP2065 is viable for business, corporate-office, or no-nonsense home use, but similar LCDs are available for less.	The Sony SDM-X95KB is a reasonably priced, good-looking 19-inch LCD that's ideal for business or home users who regularly swap a monitor between two computers.	Aside from a few small image-quality flaws, the Philips Brilliance 190P6 has everything you need for business and some pleasure, too.	The 1905FP is a fantastic, well-priced monitor for nearly all users.	The wide-screen Philips Brilliance 200W6CB display performs quite well and offers some useful extras (that will cost you extra), but other displays offer more flexibility in form and function.	The Dell 2005FPW has decent image quality and lots of extra features. Only serious graphics pros will be disappointed.
