If you have to print in color and don't mind an all-in-one that doesn't race through plain old black-and-white text pages, these offerings fit the bill. All include a printer with text and color photo skills, as well as a scanner and a fax machine. Did we mention that their ADFs (automatic document feeders) let you easily photocopy a stack of pages without lifting the scanner lid? While the HP OfficeJet 7410 boasts the most features, including Wi-Fi networking potential, the Canon Pixma MP780 is best loved by CNET's users.

Review summary	The Canon Pixma MP780 is well suited for home offices or businesses small enough to get by without a networked multifunction printer.	You'll get what you pay for. The 7410 provides the latest all-in-one features and functions--for a price.	The Dell 962 crams four multifunction features into a single speedy printer without too many compromises along the way--unless you crave fast photocopying.	The Lexmark X7170 fits a home or a small office that values good-looking photos more than speed, sharp text prints, or great scans.	The Brother MFC-420cn is a good multifunction for easy digital photo printing, but it's too limited for heavy workloads.	The HP Photosmart 3310's many useful features make it a good fit for a home office.
