A digital camera has many uses in the office. For example, you can put it to work in the conference room, taking snapshots of products and presentations; it can double as a whiteboard recording device. If you want to shoot images that are large enough to edit and print at sizes up to 8x10, consider a 3-megapixel model. If you use image-editing software and you like to make big prints, a 4-megapixel camera will give you the healthy image sizes you need. Five-megapixel cameras have more than you absolutely need for everyday snapshots but less than you want for large prints or enlargements with tiny details. One of these midprice compact cameras will fit your office's needs.

Image stabilization, a 6X zoom lens, and solid image quality make the Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ2K a versatile snapshot camera.	The Sony Cyber Shot DSC-S90 doesn't offer many manual settings, and its photos are a little soft, but otherwise, this snapshot camera offers a lot for the money.	This compact camera's versatile 2.5-inch LCD, usable high-ISO photos, and shoot-all-day battery are offset by a few image-quality issues.	The Casio Exilim EX-Z757 is a great-looking, 5-megapixel point-and-shoot with a big screen and so-so photo quality.
