Earthbound 64/Mother 3
Earthbound, known as Mother 2 in Japan, was one of the greatest hippie-beating RPGs for the Super Nintendo. A sequel was planned for the Nintendo 64, but that was scrapped when the system's expansion deck, the 64DD, turned out to be vaporware itself. A sequel was finally released this year for the Game Boy Advance, along with a compilation game featuring both Mother and Mother 2. Unfortunately, Nintendo has no plans to release either title in the United States.
