Czech security vendor Grisoft offers AVG Anti-Virus 7.1 Free Edition and a paid version, AVG Anti-Virus 7.1 Professional Single Edition. Both are solid, albeit with a few caveats.

Limited configuration options
While the AVG Free Edition will schedule antivirus scans automatically, it doesn't allow much customization. Nor does Grisoft AVG offer much customization in how, what, or when it scans for malicious code.
