Surprise! Hewlett-Packard's latest slate is Android, not Windows. The $169 Slate 7 looks a like surefire competitor to the Nexus 7, with a steel frame, dual front and rear cameras, and a dual-core ARM A9 processor. It comes out in the U.S. in April.
