Sony PlayStation 4

The PS4 is now official. Sony formally announced its next-gen gaming console on February 20 at an event in New York -- but by the time the event ended, we had at least as many questions as answers. We do know that it's going to have PC-centric hardware (anchored by an AMD processor), an upgraded DualShock controller (shown above), and a "holiday 2013" release window. Expect to get another big data dump -- including, we hope, a look at what the PS4 actually looks like -- at the E3 gaming show in June.
