What operating systems do you prefer?

Apple Mac OS X (29 laptops, starting at $49.00) The operating system offered on all Macs. If you are considering a Mac, include this choice.
Microsoft Windows 7 (1655 laptops, starting at $199.99) The newest Microsoft operating system is meant to add stability over Vista but many feel it's light on new features.
Microsoft Windows Vista (2616 laptops, starting at $15.95) Vista adds some new bells, whistles, and functionality over Windows XP but it can be a drain on system resources.
- Windows Vista Home Basic (270 laptops, starting at $294.95) The least-expensive version doesn't include the fancy Aero graphics interface but requires less-powerful hardware to operate.
- Windows Vista Home Premium (1024 laptops, starting at $15.95) Adds Windows multimedia apps, the Media Center shell (for browsing music, photos, and video with a remote control), and the Aero graphics interface.
