Budget Tech: CNET's lowest priced monitor reviews, regardless of rating

A few weeks back I posted a comparison of computer monitors with the lowest price that received at least 3.5 stars in CNET's reviews.
Today, I'm going one step further. In the interest of my LCD computer monitor buying guide blog, here's a comparison of the top four lowest priced monitors, regardless of rating.
None of the monitors that appear here appeared in the previous comparison. Here's hoping this helps in your quest to be a total cheapskate. :)

| The Bottom Line | The ViewSonic VX1962wm LCD is a 19-inch LCD with a fair price and decent performance, but a competing flat panel offers a better image for less. | The 22-inch Envision G2219w1 performed well in movie playback, games, and normal office use. Its color reproduction leaves something to be desired, however, and while it is aggressively priced, we'd recommend shelling out a bit more for a 22-inch LCD from Dell. | The 19-inch Samsung SyncMaster 953BW performs well and has a low price; however, its competitors one-up it on both counts. | The Samsung T220 might be the most stylish LCD monitor we've seen, but average feature set and performance diminish its overall appeal. Despite its flashy looks, it's best used as a simple, productivity display. |
