Digg this!The Acura MDX is one of two midsize SUVs from the Japanese automaker to make the top safety grade, according to the IIHS. The MDX has some advanced technology to go with its structural rigidity, including a backup camera and Acura's Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD).
