Photos: New models from New York

A variety of new models and model updates are on display at the 2008 New York auto show, from a sporty new coupe by Hyundai to a clean diesel Mercedes-Benz SUV and a mini-van with a Volkswagen badge.

Hyundai Genesis Coupe

Hyundai quickly follows the introduction of its Genesis Coupe concept from the 2007 Los Angeles auto show with this production-ready version, based on its new Genesis platform. The Coupe will launch as a 2010 model next year with two engine choices, a 212 horsepower intercooled turbocharged four cylinder and a 306 horsepower 3.8-liter V-6.
