Glu Mobile develops World Series of Poker with Chris "Jesus" Ferguson

Another trick up Glu Mobile's sleeve is its collaboration with World Series of Poker champion, Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, a rather big celebrity in the poker world. Ferguson is helping them with a new mobile Texas Hold 'Em game that will feature poker celebrities such as himself and others in the World Series of Poker. Ferguson also helped develop a unique Poker Advisor application designed to teach you better poker. Instead of playing an actual game, you assign yourself a pair of cards, assign cards to the other players, then let the adviser calculate your chances of winning. As you "play" the game, the adviser will tell you whether you should fold, call, or raise.

The game is designed to be cross-platform so that all cell phones can support it and will feature multiplayer gaming with as many as eight players in a single game. Glu Mobile's World Series of Poker is slated to come out later this year.
