Gameloft also announced the release of the exclusive and official mobile game of Mission Impossible 3, right in sync with the movie's release in theatres. Following the adventures of Ethan Hunt, the game environments and story line are heavily based on the movie itself. Aside from the traditional combat moves, the mobile MI3 game will also feature minigames and RPG-style gameplay. The game will be available across 150 carriers later this summer and, as far as we know, only on cell phones--not consoles--for the time being.

This is in line with Gameloft's future Hollywood-related games, as it hinted at a mobile game featuring the cast of the hit Fox show, The O.C. From preliminary sneak peeks, the game looks like a mobile Sims, where you get to play as one of the characters. The O.C. game is slated to come out later this year.
