HTC Touch Diamond |
3 The HTC Touch Diamond has a bright flashy display, but I've never loved the TouchFlo interface. I find it sluggish and I don't like the icon bar at the bottom of the display. The keyboard and Web browser are fine, though. |
4 In my opinion, the TouchFlo 3D interface provides a smoother navigation experience. The scrolling is easier and has a cleaner look. |
4 The HTC Touch Diamond's TouchFlo interface shines and it hides the Windows Mobile OS. Moving through menus is nice. |

Samsung Omnia (8GB, Unlocked) |
4 The Omnia is a Windows Mobile phone, but it is easier to use than I expected. I like the TouchWiz interface, and I appreciate the tactile feedback and the accelerometer. The scroll bars are just as tiny as on the Touch Diamond, but the Omnia's keyboard and Web browser give it an edge. |
3 The Samsung TouchWhiz interface is definitely easy to use, but I don't like that you're limited to the preloaded widgets. Plus, the Home screen can look a bit messy with all the widgets. That said, the main menu page is nicely organized. |
3 The TouchWiz interface lets you customize your device, but you can only use the preloaded widgets. Navigating isn't as clean. |
