RIM BlackBerry Storm |
4 The Storm offers a heavy load of features and I commend BlackBerry for adding dual-mode GSM/CDMA support. It doesn't have Wi-Fi, but it offers enhanced GPS services and basic phone features that the iPhone lacks. |
4 The Storm is no slouch in the features department. It's got the messaging capabilities that gave BlackBerry its name as well as full wireless options, productivity tools, and multimedia. Plus, the Storm offers those little features that the iPhone lacks: multimedia messaging, copy/paste, and video recording. |
4 Like a lot of other Verizon phones, there's no Wi-Fi, but it has a real GPS solution, video recording, voice commands, and basically everything else. E-mail support rocks. Plus, the BlackBerry app store should be coming around spring. |

Apple iPhone 3G |
4 The iPhone includes Wi-Fi in its nifty feature set, but it still lacks multimedia messaging, stereo Bluetooth, and video recording. |
3 I hate to beat a dead horse, but Apple's omission of some key features is a real point of contention with me. Yes, the iPhone does a lot, but come on; would it have been so hard to include some of the basics? |
4 Wi-Fi, the App Store, and other features are well integrated into the iPhone, but it's still lacking important basics like voice command and copy and paste. |
