The PlayStation 3 is still playing catch-up with the Xbox 360 for two big reasons: it was released a year later, and game developers are still tinkering with the new system to fully maximize its undeniably powerful hardware. That's not to say there isn't an impressive and growing list of must-have titles for the PS3. And if you want even more games, you have two options: there are downloadable retro and original titles available on the console's PlayStation Store, and it also plays most (but not all) of your favorite PlayStation 2 games as well.
