Pros: caller ID, compact, left or right side, good sound

Cons: caller ID did not work with my motorola, uncomfortable after 1/2 hr

Summary: This is my second bluetooth earpiece - got this one because of the caller ID. I paired it with my Sony Ericsson T610 no problems.
