Pros: Nice features, screen resolution, plenty of ports
Cons: TECH SERVICE, fan no fun, hot HD area, blurry crt monitor output
Summary: Worst tech service ever.
The high res screen (1400 x 1050) lost its bright because of a conexion failure. I sent it to techs and 3 weeks later it came with its mother board changed!! and obviously the screen problem was still there.

Pros: Curved keyboard is nice, email notification light/button is really helpful, no blue screens or freezing or anything...hardly any problems at all
Cons: Screen is flimsy and if you have the notebook on your lap and move, the screen may fall back or forward about an inch...it's not a big deal though. mouse buttons need to be pushed hard after 2 years.
Summary: I've had it for 2 years now and am still very happy with it. i would buy the same exact one again if i needed another laptop, even though it's two years old.
