I need help!
Anyone who has wrangled with cell service customer support knows that this is often the straw that breaks the camel's back. Being "free," it should come as no surprise that Skype's support isn't on a par with Vonage's, but the company does make an effort. Skype's Web site includes a user forum, user guides, a searchable knowledge base, and a troubleshooting tool. You can also submit problems via an online form. Vonage's Web site includes a collection of FAQs and tips, and the company has a 24/7 phone support line, as well as e-mail support for installation and technical questions, customer service, and billing.
This round goes to Vonage, too.
