I hate to say it, but once again, the BlackJack wins out for me. The call quality was excellent, and callers reported hearing us loud and clear and vice versa. |

The BlackJack wins this round but just by a little. Conversations were generally clear, and there was plenty of volume. Only a slight echo keeps it from getting the top score. |

Oofta. The Samsung BlackJack barely wins here. Both smart phones offered good call quality, but the audio was clearer on the BlackJack, and the speakerphone was good as well. |

While its call quality was generally good, we did think the BlackBerry's sound was slightly muffled with some slight static. |

Call quality on the BlackBerry 8800 was diminished only slightly from the BlackJack's. There was a muffled sound during most calls, but the headset made things better. |

The BlackBerry 8800 impressed me with its excellent speakerphone but lost it due to garbled voices during regular phone calls. |
