For $2.99 a month, Cingular's MMS plan lets you send 20 photo messages per month with no airtime or per-kilobyte charges; for $4.99, you get to send 40 messages. On top of that, you also need a subscription to MediaNet, with packages that start at $2.99 per month.

Samsung SGH-P777
If you opt for pay-per-use MMS, you'll have to shell out 25 cents per message sent and received. Cingular recommends purchasing the package if you plan to send or receive more than 12 MMS messages a month.

Although Cingular doesn't operate its own picture-messaging Web site, camera phone customers can store their pictures on Kodak Mobile for free. For $2.99 each month, you can use your phone as your portable photo album to access all pictures stored on Kodak Mobile. The premium subscription also allows you to share photos and order prints directly from your phone.
