Take the red pill
Just how deep does the rabbit hole go? The Matrix movie site, Hack the Matrix, knows. This site gives you some codes for free (we listed just one last year), but you'll find more than 20 hidden ones, too. Read on for the unlisted treats.

The egg: More than 20 QuickTime movies and other hidden features
Where to find it: The Matrix Web site
How to crack it:

  1. Open your browser and visit this URL.
  2. Click anywhere on the image of the keyboard.
  3. Enter any of the codes in this (probably) complete list, only a few of which are visible at the regular site. (Note: Use the same spelling and spaces as in the list, or you'll get an error message.)

  • For each code, you'll see a different movie clip, graphic, or hidden article related to the movie, its actors, or its production.

  • Nasty tricks department
Want to give a coworker a fright? Iwin supplies the perfect page for your devious intent. It's more of an April Fools' egg than an Easter egg, but we couldn't resist including it.

The egg: Fake system error messages
    Where to find it: Iwin.com
    How to crack it:

    1. Point your browser here.
    2. Click the Treasure tab.
    3. When the main screen of the Treasure section opens, press the plus (+) key on your keyboard's numeric keypad.
    4. Don't panic. The resulting wild screens and error messages don't mean a thing--they're all fake.

A little something for the kids
Fancy a memory test to keep the young ones occupied? Find a very undemanding quiz at CardCareBiz.

The egg: A memory matching game
    Where to find it: CardCareBiz.com
    How to crack it:

    1. Open your browser and visit CardCareBiz.com.
    2. In the search box, type goldilocks and press the Search button.
    3. A hidden game will appear. If your speakers are on, you'll hear a jingly little soundtrack, too. How sweet!

    Getting over the hump
It's only natural that the Easter Egg Archive should have its own Easter egg. But did it have to be so, well, odd?

    The egg: The Funky Camel
Where to find it: The Easter Egg Archive at Eeggs.com
    How to crack it:

    1. Open your browser and go here.
    2. In the search box, type funky camel, without punctuation, and press Search.
    3. Sit back and wonder what it's all about.
