Overall, Elements delivers a powerful set of tools for working with your photos. For instance, the aforementioned Reduce Noise filter lets you control three parameters--strength, preserving details, and reducing color noise--which can produce excellent results after some experimentation. Removing red-eye and adjusting the tonal range are similarly good.
