Support is another area where 321 Studios falls a bit short. You'd think that a company whose first product, DVD Copy Plus, was nothing more than repackaged freeware and shareware stuck together with a few not-so-helpful help files would at least provide toll-free tech support, but no dice. There's a toll-free number for customer service--that is, help with activating the product--but technical support is a toll call. 321 Studios also offers tech support via e-mail, and its Web site hosts a FAQ and some user forums.
