active headlight systems
Automotive historians will point out that headlights that steer around corners are not new. High Intensity Discharge (HID) projector lighting systems, however, are. These headlight systems are connected to steering-input sensors through a smart electrical system. The small, high-intensity headlights require modest turning to achieve dramatic results, and the steering sensor is already onboard for the stability control system. It's a creative use of system integration that effectively makes it easier to see the road ahead of you on curvy drives.
