Voice recognition is a natural solution to help a driver interact with a wide variety of touch-and-feel systems without taking his or her eyes off the road or hands from the steering wheel. The vocabulary in many systems is still limited, and road noise can make even the best systems troublesome, but voice commands can accomplish a great deal, from dialing cell phones to setting temperature controls.
