dejudder 
(also anti-judder, de-judder)  
A type of video processing designed to smooth out motion in HDTVs. The phrase refers to reducing or removing the subtle stuttering effect that occurs "most noticeably during pans and other camera movement with 24-frame sources, such as most Hollywood films and many network TV programs. Often but not always found on displays with 120Hz and 240Hz processing. More information on image smoothing on LCDs.
