Digital cameras
By Robert Dubbin (March 8, 2005)
Most of the digital cameras at the Sony line show were actually announced between January's CES trade show and February's PMA exhibition. The company's nine new still cameras run the gamut from pocket point-and-shoot models--including the candy bar-shaped DSC-P200, which crams a 7.2-megapixel sensor into a highly portable body--to the high-zooming, enthusiast-oriented DSC-H1, which uses Sony's optical image-stabilization technology. But Sony did save one big surprise for Vegas, the DSC-T7, an update to the popular, ultracompact T1 with the large LCD.
