Pros: This is a great machine for the price I paid for it. It's lasted five years now with only minor wear and tear. The machine came set up correctly and has worked ever since. I'm an average business user and for that purpose, it has served me well.
Cons: I hate the way these all come loaded with extra manufacturer clutter. I have no idea what tech support is like. I've never had to call them. This is not a race car.

Pros: The screen resolution isn't amazing but at 1440x900 its pretty good, the keyboard, and i love the scroll thing on the trackpad
Cons: The chargers always break, one of them I had the charger on the back broke had to get a new one, had about 3 chargers break and on both i've had when you close the screen the screen doesn't turn off

"these are fabulous workhorses that jsut work and work"
Pros: High quality case, very nice screen, very nice keyboard, overall quality, not sure what these other users are complaining about , we have used a dozen of these laptops without ANY problems. I am usually a Dell guy, but these are really good.
Cons: The speakers should be spaced better, both on the right size. About the only ocmplaint that i have.
