"Buyer Beware! Breaks! Fix is expensive!"
Pros: Text looks good
Cons: Had the unit for less than 2 years, rarely used, Fuser/LSU went out. Bait and switch by the Samsung tech guy got me to buy fuser assembly ($67), labor ($69) and then said it was the "lsu" not the "fuser". LSU is $93. Refused to take back the Fuser...I'm

Pros: I use this printer on my network at home with 4 windows computers ranging from windows 95, 2000, XP. It is connected by USB to one of the XP computers. I have never had a single problem with the printer. It prints great text and graphics and doesn't do
Cons: No color, I am thinking of upgrading to the color laser from Samsung.

Pros: We have three, and are contemplating a fourth. All these users print is 8.5x11 text - for that, it's awesome. Everyone loves the 500 sheet paper tray.
Cons: Downloaded drivers were a problem - that appears to have been fixed with the latest version.
