Pros: Has long life battery, easy features, text messaging, infrared up & down loading information, and can play music (ring) tones.
Cons: no color screen or camera feature.

"Great battery life & reception, but reliability is questionable"
Pros: Excellent sound quality, battery life, and reception.
Cons: I have had two LCDs go out on this model. One was after 14 months of use, the other only 2 months. Didn't drop them. Took nokia 2 months to return repaired phone.

Pros: Good internal antenna. Picks up service where many AT&T phones will not. Easy to use. Much more enjoyable to use than other Nokias I've used.
Cons: Not fancy but has good basic features for business use. No color screen.
