"Awesome phone except for some issues"
Pros: Nice design and features, solid construction, great touchscreen
Cons: escalating ringer, need to repeatedly unlock phone

"Excellent phone with a couple of deal-breaking drawbacks"
Pros: Intuitive touch screen, user friendly interface
Cons: Battery life, ascending ringtones
