Pros: It plays everything for 4 months
Cons: It plays nothing after 4 months
Summary: Philips sucks. I had 2 Philips CD players that died early deaths and I should have known better but noooo... I bought the DVP642 anyway. It broke in the middle of a movie and doesn't detect the DVDs anymore. I called Philips and they refused to replace it. I WILL NEVER BUY PHILIPS PRODUCTS AGAIN
