"Great picture, unacceptable sound quality"
Pros: Picture is phantastic, and pixel plus enhances the results from non-HDTV sources fairly well.
Cons: The speakers produce an unacceptable sound - you have to cut off the bass reproduction to avoid distortions at even the lowest sound levels. No problem if you use a home theater system but unacceptable for a product of this class. They should spend more m

"Great Plasma - NO PIP - Misleading Advertising!"
Pros: Great quality right out of the box. Lots of great features.
Cons: Online specs indicate tv has PIP - however this feature is not enabled. Even the shipping box the tv comes in indicates the feature is there, but it is lined out with a marker! Calls to Philips go unanswered. Highly disappointed.

Pros: Outstanding PQ. This TV worked great for me straight out of the box. I was very pleased with the ease of set-up and the quality of the picture.
Cons: The specs for this tv indicated that it had 2 tuner PIP. However, after setting up the tv and reviewing the manual I could access this feature. A call to Philips support determined that this feature did not exist on this tv. This feature was inmportant
