"Streaming Option is Crack to the Music Fiend, but To-Go Option is Hurting"

"No issues here... and IM LOVING IT!!!"
Pros: I have had 0 (thats a "zero") issues with Rhapsody. The streaming is lightning fast, songs that are queued in the playlist will be cached by the time the current song ends, initial download speeds are OUTRAGEOUS.. the list goes on. Even bands that are
Cons: My doctor tells me it cannot be wired directly into my brain.

"Download/upgrade has altered my account info ?"
Pros: Appears to be improved, but I can't access it
Cons: I can't log in anymore and there is absolutely no help from any support people

"Abysmal is the best possible rating"

Cons: You will suffer like never before
