"DO NOT BUY SATELLITE"
Pros: When it works, it's nice.
Cons: SLOW REPAIR SERVICE
Summary: My one-month-old Satellite has been in Toshiba Louisvile KY repair center for a month. Toshiba has no email system to handle communications. It's all on the phone, mostly Istanbul, and there is no paper trail. My case # is 1-177259562 and 1-182779030.

I have a one-year old SATELLITE and the screen burn out after keeping my laptop in an "authorized" service shop for A month they said the repair will cost $870. I called every week, they NEVER called me back. I will never ever be back.
