"This Laptop is not fit to be called a Laptop!!!"
Pros: Fast computer, Big Hard Drive and Memory
Cons: Motherboard went bad in 2 monhts....
Summary: I bought the laptop 4 1/2 months ago at compusa and after 2 months of having it the motherboard went bad, so we sent it off to toshiba to get it fixed and they fixed it but sent it back with a scratch on the cover and the screws on the bottom going through the palm rest. After we got the parts to fix it again, and after they installed the new parts they powered it on. After that the screen was flickering and the sound was going in and out which means that toshiba had another bad motherboard installed. I called toshiba and after arguing with them and they knew it was there problem they hung up on me...Rude customer service if you ask me and not a very good LAPTOP!!!!
