"AWESOME COMPUTER"
Pros: very fast computer in comparison to Pentium
Cons: no floppy disk drive, limited expansion available, design ugly, feels cheap
Summary: I have this system which I am using right now. Its a replacement for my Pentium 4 SONY system. Its fast, really fast. There is no lag at all on this system. I tried a couple of games on this computer--F.E.A.R and America's Army. I used Google System Monitor to monitor my CPU usage while the game was running. It was super fast!!! It only utilized 50-60% of my CPU resources. At the same time the game did not lag at all! Another thing to mention is that my SONY system, running the very same thing, utilizes 95-100% of CPU usage while having lag every 10-20 seconds. Thats pretty much the only part thats amazing me. The design is very ugly, nothing very cool about it. It looks so 2004ish design. The pc stuff feels flimsy and cheap when I used it. The system looks like it was assembled in a rush because the components were not very aligned to the system case. I could deal with it, but I dont really like that. There is no expansion available except for 2 RAM slots and the Personal Media Drive. But who in the world uses the personal media drive? It's expensive. I could get a 400 gig Personal Media Drive for the same price of a 200 or 250 gig internal or external hard drive. To make the case design point worse, they slapped on a bunch of stickers to virtually every spot in the front of the case. It has a sticker on Lightscribe, Specs, PMD, Digital life, and Intel VIIV, Designed for xp, vista cpable, powered by nVidia, and JD POWER Award. Those stickers make the case VERY ugly. I think maybe HP should borrow Apple's design team. They really need them.

Good review, and I will post my own soon (yes, the m7680n is nothing short of awesome), but for anyone concerned about all of those stickers: They are only for DISPLAY PURPOSES should the computer be used as a demo at a store....and for reminding the user of the features he/she paid for. The stickers peel off very easily and my case looks great. I happen to really like the design.
