"Better get a battery back up"
Pros: Great picture and supurb sound
Cons: Expect to pay 149.00 + shipping for light bulb every 2 years
Summary: I have nothing bad to say except when the lights go out the fan stops running and will crack the UV filter and you will need a service tech to fix it at a minimum of $280.00 plus parts. The filter is $50.00.
The fan will typically stay running after you turn off the TV. It does so to cool the bulb and filter. No power without a battery back up spells big trouble. It happened to me.
