    Pros: nice, sharp picture

    Cons: can't get the picture to fill the entire screen

    Summary: I purchased my LCD from shop4tech.com thinking I was receiving an "open box" purchase not a refurb. I have tried to get the screen to change in order to enjoy the full screen mode but no matter what I do nothing works. I am able to utilize the PIP and the split screen but the entire screen still has the two verticle gray bars on each side. Two comments, had I know this was a refirb. I would not have purchased it. Second since I did not know it was refirb. I did not know I could not return the TV. Finally, can't seem to get much assistance from tech support at shop4tech.com. Any suggestions on how to procede?

    I hope you have better luck with customer service that I did. I have waited over a month to get my lcd repaired. Management want take your calls either or return them.
