"Horrible Customer Support!"
Pros: Great Picture
Cons: Pray that you never need support from Sharp!
Summary: I purchased this TV 31 days ago and after the very first day it died (picture went blank). I called Sharp and asked if they would consider sending me a new one instead of having this one repaired. They said no, that they would send an authorized repair shop from 60 miles away to pick-up my unit and repair it. Now, 30 days later, I still do not have my TV back and all I get from Sharp is runaround. Whenever I call now, I get placed "on hold" for 30 to 45 minutes at a time, only to be told that they have no answers for me yet and that my case has been escalated and they expect a decision soon. Several years ago when I had a Sony TV that failed within the first 30 days, Sony replaced it immediately with no questions asked. I've learned my lesson: No more Sharp Electronics for me.
