"Samsung Delivers"
Pros: Very sharp picture. Great audio. Easy setup. Slick design
Cons: Remote sucks.Audio out is difficult to setup.
Summary: I bought this item as an open item at Best Buy. Of course the remote sensor on the tv seems flakey. Called Samsung and they sent tech out next day. Could fix it and lucky me got a brand new one at open item price of 2400. Service excellent. TV is spectacular. Im not an electronics guy and had problems setting up the audio out to theater system (tech fixed it for me) I still would of bought it at 3200. One thing is it does have the built in tuners not specified on CNET specs. TV has great menu options to fine tune ur audio and video.
