"Fine while it lasted"
Pros: It was a good computer for about 11 months
Cons: HP didn't stand by its warranty after hard drive crashed
Summary: I won't bore you with the details, but HP's customer service is TERRIBLE. I just want to echo all of those who say do NOT deal with HP. I liked the computer while it worked, but when anything breaks you are on your own. Phone calls to people who speak marginal English who don't know much about computers in the first place, service orders that just sit for weeks, don't get 5CR3w3D like I did. Please, don't get an HP.
