"Battery usage is horrible"
Pros: I can return it
Cons: everything else
Summary: I bought one at kohls for $99. That was the only good thing. 1st one used 4 pair of batteries to take 48 pictures, 12 with flash, 12 with Macro setting. Then I emailed DXG customer service asking them to advise me of expected battery usage, and I detailed my usage to date. Five days later, I exchanged camera at Kohls. Have had new one for 5 days. Used one more pair of batteries in 24 pictures. Have had to uninstall/reinstall software 5x, and still cannot download pictures from baseball game last night. (I want to make it clear that I've previously installed the software for this camera, and downloaded photos) I Emailed DXG again, and have now gotten no response to 2 emails. DXG website offers no phone option, so I give them a zero in customer support, and I give this camera a zero. My only regret is that Kohl's bought a ton of these, and are now going to have to take a second one in return. Dear DXG, I gave you ample time to respond to me before airing my feelings here. Put a phone number on your website for customer service, or at least answer Emails.... You'll pay for this lack of support, Kohls will also, but I won't

I BOUGHT A DXG DIGITAL CAMERA AT BRANDSMART USA IN WEST PALM BEACH FL. AND IT TOOK ME 14 DAYS JUST TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO NAVIGATE USING THIS CAMERA,THEN THERE'S NO CUSTOMER-SERVICE SUPPORT NUMBER TO CALL FOR HELP, PLEASE THINK TWICE, THREE TIMES BEFORE WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THIS CAMERA AND SECONDLY THE BATTERY TIME IS VERY HORRIBLE . THANKS
