"Good stuff"
Pros: Size, features, looks, it's top notch!
Cons: Hard drive upgradability limited to skilled technicians.
Summary: This is one killer machine. If you don't mind passing on the 24" model, it is a great value. And if you're eligible for education discounts, the price is even lower.
And what's with C|Net's comment about questions of upgradability to Leopard? You stick the DVD in and in less than an hour, it's running Leopard. Unlike Windows, every version of OS X actually makes computers that can use it run faster than with the pervious version of OS X. (Education price will be $69.)
The other ding C|Net gives it, that it has weak phone support. Well, all I can say is people are happier with Apple's tech support, which isn't perfect by any means for sure, than with any other computer maker. So what do you say about Dell and Toshiba and HP? They stink? I've never been unhappy with Apple's phone support. But this is one extended warranty you should get - that is, Applecare. Very inexpensive if you have trouble, and worth every penny for the peace of mind it gives you.
I don't sell Macs, I just use them at home and work. And you can take my Mac from me when you pry it from my cold, dead hands. :-D
