Note especially that the ATA Update extension "improves performance when Virtual Memory is turned on in the Memory control panel." This seems to be a fix for the virtual memory slow down problem reported here previously. Check the Read Me file for more details on other fixes.

According to Symantec: "The patch resolves a conflict with Mac OS 8 and AppleShare 3.7 where adding or using fonts on a network volume would return a -50 error.
