The carrier announced today a number of other devices that will be eligible for the Android 4.0 update in the next few months.

U.S. Cellular makes good today on a February promise to launch its 4G LTE market with a tablet.

Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 marks U.S. Cellular's first LTE offering, making it the fourth U.S. carrier (behind MetroPCS, Verizon, and AT&T) to offer devices on the LTE, or Long Term Evolution, technology for 4G data speeds.

It adds Web browser-like tabs for displaying multiple open files in one window to Office 2003, 2007, and 2010. The tabs do more than display multiple documents, though. Apple appears to be stirring up more legal headches for Samsung.

In a court document filed yesterday, Apple reportedly accused Samsung of only partially complying with a court order requiring the Korean handset maker to provide source code for the products involved in a patent suit, according to Bloomberg.

Samsung allegedly produced code for just one version of its 4G smartphones and Galaxy Tab tablets accused of patent infringement, Apple claimed in its filing.
